These terms govern access to and use of the Rojana by Radhak website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies published on the site.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, prices, colours, sizes and availability accurately. Screens and lighting may affect colour appearance. Availability may change, and we may correct typographical, pricing or listing errors where permitted by law.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may verify order details or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified or fraud is suspected. If payment has been received for an order we cancel, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts are shown at checkout where relevant. Payment is due through the methods offered at checkout.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, use the website lawfully and not misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, product imagery, text, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Rojana by Radhak and may not be used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary website interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.
