These terms apply to purchases of clothing and related products offered by Rojana by Radhak through this website.
Listings and availability
Product listings describe the item, available sizes and price. Images are illustrative; minor differences in colour appearance may result from lighting or screen settings. Products are subject to availability when orders are processed.
Order confirmation
We may acknowledge receipt of an order and verify details before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailability, a material listing or pricing error, suspected fraud or inability to verify payment. If payment has been received for an order we cancel, an appropriate refund will be initiated.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Shipping charges and applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Orders are processed using payment methods displayed on the website.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting customer support; cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been handed to the courier. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our published Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
