Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests can generally be considered before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible; you can contact us for guidance on the available options under our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received—for example, because an item is unavailable or a material listing error cannot be resolved—we will initiate an appropriate refund to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Cancellation is not complete until we confirm it to you. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.
