Order processing
Orders are processed after successful placement and payment verification where applicable. Processing and dispatch may take longer during sales, festive periods, public holidays or when an item requires additional checks. We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery depends on destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete address, accurate PIN code and reachable phone number.
Shipping charges and tracking
Applicable shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place an order. Tracking details will be shared when available from the shipping partner. Tracking may take some time to activate after dispatch.
Delivery issues
